* Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
* To qualify for a return:
    * Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
    * Items must be returned in their original packaging.
    * Proof of purchase is required.

* Clearance and final sale items

Refund Process

* Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
* Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

* If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Return Shipping

* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
